By \u201cOpen Access\u201d, we mean that all papers are available on public internet, permitting any users to read, download, copy, distribute, print, and use for any lawful purpose. By this, Atras fulfills the DOAJ definition of open access.<strong><br>Author <\/strong>(s) retain unrestricted copyrights and publishing rights of their works, which are made available under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial CC BY-NC 4.0. This license allows non-commercial remixing, tweaking, and building upon the authors\u2019 work, with the requirement that any derivative works acknowledge the original authors and are non-commercial.
