In contrast to the gains achieved in raising the level of higher education, there are many challenges and material, technical, financial and human requirements that may not be available at the level of infrastructure in Algerian universities, which created an incentive to identify different solutions and proposals for the optimal exploitation of this field in university education as it is the latest result of digital development in various fields. The study used the descriptive survey method for a sample of teachers in Algerian universities, through an electronic questionnaire.
