Therefore, Artificial Intelligence has developed several applications that seek to impose its scientific entity within the field of scientific and university research and the quality of the ideas it formulates. Chat GBT is considered One of those intelligent applications. This research aims to identify its role and contributions to the digitization of education and improve the quality of the cognitive image of university research, which reflects a positive image of the capabilities of the academic researcher. The researcher relied on a questionnaire as the main tool to collect data. Data were collected from 60 researchers from different Algerian Universities following a purposive sampling.
