Indeed, the artifial pedagogical which help him within preparing the lesson in the shortest time possible and in an organized and coherent way, the other one is scientific, that means that the researcher can save time while gathering, managing and categorizing data, all he has to do is to restructure it following the needs of the topic of his research. In the context, the study is grounded on a descriptive analytical method that shows the outputs of the pioneering experience that the University of Monastir in Tunisia has had and led to train more than 350 higher education teachers which represents 30% of the number of teachers at the university, and 96 phd students specialized in sciences, humanics and literature. Besides, each training course holds six workshops and each candidate has to select two workshops in order to recognize more than 10 applications in each one. The experience has been spread in other universities such as university of gabes, University of Sousse and University of Tunis which leads to getting involved in new experiences to reform education Indeed, the artifial pedagogical which help him within preparing the lesson in the shortest time possible and in an organized and coherent way, the other one is scientific, that means that the researcher can save time while gathering, managing and categorizing data, all he has to do is to restructure it following the needs of the topic of his research. In the context, the study is grounded on a descriptive analytical method that shows the outputs of the pioneering experience that the University of Monastir in Tunisia has had and led to train more than 350 higher education teachers which represents 30% of the number of teachers at the university, and 96 phd students specialized in sciences, humanics and literature. Besides, each training course holds six workshops and each candidate has to select two workshops in order to recognize more than 10 applications in each one.
