Relying on data from the priorities and annual planning report, the study&#8217;s results concluded that program budgets contribute to the digital transformation of the higher education and scientific research sector in Algeria, thanks to the goals and performance indicators that reflect the major trends of this sector in the technological field.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div
