The point is that this procedure has become a truncated perspective because it has not met its expectations and objectives by enabling learners control over their learning. This study is based on the constructivist learning theory. The major worry of this research is the continuous domination of teachers as the only source of knowledge causing learners to be passive recipients. The case implies either the teacher, or the learners as the didactic axis around which all classroom procedures revolve. The current research aims at exploring the need for balancing teachers\u2019 knowledge delivery and learners\u2019 free thinking for a reciprocal teaching\/learning process. To attain this objective, the researcher used a descriptive analytic method acting in accordance with both qualitative and quantitative data collection tools. The former concerns an interview that was conducted with the teacher of didactics module for more reliable information. The.latter is about delivering questionnaire for 100 1st year master students of didactics at the Department of English, Ibn Khaldoun University of Tiaret. Findings of the research draw attention to dominance of teachers as the most trusted knowledgeable person in the classroom . Absence of an equilibrium between teachers-learners\u2019 classroom performances is another symptom detected by the researcher. At the end, recommendations are set for a better ongoing of the classroom environment.
