Authors, who publish in Atras, retain the copyright of their work and grant the journal the right of first publication. The journal follows an open-access system. All the published works are licensed under an open-access Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International (CC BY-NC 4.0) license. This means that the articles are free to access. Researchers can access the articles, read them, and download them for free.
Authors sign a COPYRIGHT AGREEMENT FORM to provide Atras Journal the right to publish their papers. Authors also give the right to Atras to preserve the content of their articles in case the journal migrates to a new platform.
Why a COPYRIGHT AGREEMENT?
The copyright agreement protects authorship and gives the right to the journal to protect and defend authors’ works against any form of academic misconduct, including plagiarism and fraud.
